- Copy the generated video meeting link and share it with participants.
- Save a copy of the link for yourself.
Option 2: Google Calendar
- Go to Google Calendar and click the event you want to share. A pop-up window containing the event details will appear.
- Click ‘Edit event’ indicated by the pencil icon to make changes to the event.
- On the right section of the page under ‘Guests’, input the name or email address of those you want to invite.
- Click ‘Save’ on the upper right corner to save any changes.
- You will see a pop-up message asking if you want to send a Google Calendar invitation to your guests. Click ‘Send’ to allow guests to receive an email invitation and you’ll be able to receive their RSVPs.
- Your guests will receive a notification about the Google Calendar event in their email inbox.
Option 3: Gmail
- Log in to Google Mail.
- On the left side of the page, click the ‘Meet’ tab and then ‘New Meeting’.
- Click ‘Send Invite’ to share the meeting via link or email.
- To copy the invitation link, click ‘Copy meeting invite’. To send the email invitation, click ‘Share via email’. Pro tip: If you send a Google invite for a big event, attach a QR Code. When scanned, the code can direct the invitees to either the RSVP page or the meeting itself.

- See guest list - check this box if you want your guests to see everyone invited to the event - Click ‘Save’ in the upper right corner to save any changes.
Option 2: From Calendly
- Once the Calendly extension is installed on your computer, you must enable the Calendly extension on Google Calendar.
- Open the Calendly extension in your web browser and navigate to the ‘Integrations’ tab.
- Locate the Google Calendar icon, toggle it on, and accept the Calendly permissions to integrate with Google Calendar.
- Once enabled, a Calendly icon will appear beside any Calendly-scheduled event on your Google Calendar.
- Select the event to view additional information about a Calendly event, such as the event type name, type of event (one-on-one, group, collective), and a link to the event booking page.
- To reschedule the event, click on ‘Reschedule’, and Calendly will open a new tab where you can choose a new time and date. Both you and your guest will be notified of the change.
- For group events, select the guest from the drop-down menu before choosing a new time and date.
How to Remove Someone From a Google Calendar Invite
